Michelle J. Lambert founded the firm in 2004 and still oversees every client relationship personally.
A Delaware-licensed Certified Public Accountant, Michelle spent four years as controller for an investment management firm, overseeing accounting for Low Income Housing Tax Credit funds, venture funds and a wealth management business, and three years as a Senior Tax Associate in public accounting. Today she applies that experience to the internal accounting and tax needs of Delaware organizations.
